What is taping?

When a muscle is overused or injured, it is essential to reduce the pressure on that muscle. This speeds up the recovery process, but also allows other muscles to take over the function so you can still continue to perform. Depending on the situation, I apply kinesio tape that reduces or increases muscle tension.

When taping?

We use taping in various cases: when there is an increased risk of injury, for minor injuries, during recovery of a muscle, or to restrict certain movements. The tape supports or relieves muscles and ligaments during specific movements.
